For the first 3 months of the year, many of us are trying to undo the excesses of the Christmas period!  For lots of tree surgeons, it’s chance to take a well-earned rest, recover from working in the cold weather and put a bit of fat back on in readiness for the demands of the year!

Working outdoors, keeping super fit and healthy, is one of the best aspects of the job!  

Here’s JT fighting a stump growing under a concrete base. He did a great job and got it out cleanly for a new base to be laid.  Look at that swing!

Cutting up this great beast of a trunk into rounds for disposal in a tight space required one of the larger saws.   Done right, with an eye to careful manual handling, it’s all great for building core strength and stamina!
