Tree surgery relies completely on great team work. There can be no safe working if the climber in the tree doesn’t have the support of the expert groundsman on the floor, and vice versa.
We invest a great deal of time and energy into building and supporting our team to work effectively together, from recruiting the people who will fit well with the existing team, training and learning from our experience of working together, mentoring and regularly sharing knowledge and skills, and communicating openly and often.
We also fully appreciate the role that families play in supporting our team members to bring their best at work. It was fantastic to see many of them able to join us at the Sunday picnic this weekend (thank you especially to the football fans 😉), and great fun playing rounders with contributions from everyone, including the the smallest baby and canine family members!
