Spring is a good time to take a closer look at how your trees are doing as they come into leaf.  We can tell a lot about a tree’s health by the quality, colour and condition of the leaves.

We say Spring, but we can’t remember a time when so called Spring months required quite so much wet weather schedule shenanigans before this year.  Every job gets its own delivery date, so that customers know when to expect us and can rearrange their meditation session so that it isn’t rudely interrupted by the sound of chain saws, lock the dog up, or turn the beds over ready to mulch them with the chippings we leave on request.

Just when you think you can get on with whatever is needed, whether that be at height, in the middle of nowhere (with absolutely NO SHELTER WHATSOEVER and NO ACCESS TO STEAMING HOT TEA), the weather comes over all mid-winter on us and we can’t do what we thought we were going to do because of life-threatening winds or hailstones the size of golf balls 😉

Good job we’ve seen it all before, love working outdoors and are nifty with a bit of sharp schedule-juggling when required.  And when the weather isn’t messing about, we do get to see some truly lovely things as we’re out and about.
